Einladung zur Vernissage der Gruppenausstellung zur Rettung der Kunsthalle ZEHN in Köln.

Ich habe ebenfalls eine meiner neuen Leinwände gestiftet. Kölner Künstler Kollegen & Macher unterstützen.

Freu mich auf euch. Bis heute Abend bzw gleich. Alles weitere unten im Einladungstext, wer noch mehr Gründe braucht vorbei zukommen. Phototext lesen. Danke. WIr sehen uns.

CAP Cologne freut sich, Ihnen die nächste Präsentation in HALLE ZEHN ankündigen zu können.

75 Künstler und Künstlerinnen (u.a. Boris Becker, Candida Höfer, Thomas Baumgärtel, Leiko Ikemura, Gerard Kever, C.O.Paeffgen, Jürgen Raap, SEAK) präsentieren Kunstwerke, deren Erlös bei einem Verkauf zu 50% in die Projektfinanzierung zur Rettung der Kunsthalle fließen wird. Die phänomenale Unterstützung durch die KünstlerkollegInnen verpflichtet uns zu großem Dank!

Wenn ihr heute abend auf der Vernissage seit, und oder die Tage euch die Schau anguckt, ist sie von oben bis unten voll gepackt ala Petersburger Hängung mit frischen geilen Arbeiten. Leinwände, Photos, you name it. Also bringt Geld mit, Kreditkarten, eueren Steuerberater, und wenn ihr als das nicht habt kommt so, vielleicht lernt ihr ja jemanden kennen die bzw der all das hat. Von den tollen Werken vor Ort werder ihr in Jedemfall verzaubert mehrdeutig stimuliert. Danke SEAK

Did a Special Skid Row debauchery Diet and dropped 20 stones in 4 Month, while ballin.
So time for new Gear!!

SEAK Interview and 12Page feature @ Indole Magazine

Indole Magazine, one of Italys leading Urban Art Publications did a 12 Page feature about SEAK,

aswell as a Interview (English/Italian) about the recent years, and his Style Influence in the Community.

Indole: Your style is so unique and not like much of the graffiti you see or
what people associate with graffiti. What influences your style of artwork?

SEAK: I made my incapilities to my advantages, for example not doing straight crisp lines to get an honest soft roundish stroke in my way of painting.
Basically accepted my personality and my popcultural background as part of my identity, and were honest enough to show it. And mix that with the skills i was really good in. Like doing fadings, playing with light and colours,
I was searching in my own personality for my content. The toys i played with as a kid, all the years playing computer, a bit of biting other rolemodel writers in inthe beginning, and later conciuosly refelecting the zeitgeist/ contempoary vibe of the society i and we were living in.

Indole: When you were young did you see yourself as being an artist when you
got older or did you have other aspirations?

SEAK: I guess i valued my creative output with the same importance like for example an maurizio cattelan does too. I just had different names for it. Instead of using the word „visual language“ i would have used the word „style“, to give you a very easy example.
