Das Belegexemplar vom Juice Magazin ist gerade mit der Post gekommen. Nice!!

Interview und Feature sind recht persönlich geworden. Bin echt überrascht, was ich alles so raus lasse wenn ich Espresso im Blut habe.  Wer mehr wissen will, über meine Arbeit, Leben, euch, Homies, Frauen, Sex, feine Linien, meine Antennen, Stilentwicklung, das Auftragsbusiness, den Kunstmarkt, und was Lukas Podolski  Mr. Cartoon, und Tim und Struppi damit zu tun haben könnt ihr jedenfalls in der Aktuellen Juice Lesen.

Achja bin gleich auch wieder los, auf dem Gerüst malen. Danke schön nochmal an Montana und die Stiebers für den spontanen support.

So ich warte jerztzt auf mein Taxi und lese mir auch mal das Sido Interview. Later.

Über den Dächern von Köln: addicted to facebook, while painting.

What makes my life intersting is the mix of different challenges and comfortzones. Painting on canvases and walls, devolopping new ideas on paper, invites and travels to other citys and countrys, and everynow and then comes in a request for a larger outdoor wallpainting.

Analyzing myself and reflecting my actions and thinking became more and more importnat to me over the last years. So iam going back to my beginning, my motivations, to learn from the past. To make a longstory short. I will work more with round shapes in the future. Its all about sharpening your profile, learning and growing.

Some Men just wanna watch the Wolrd burn.

The Thalys Wholetrain we painted 3 Weeks ago will stay will run inbetween Cologne, Paris, Brussels, and Amsterdam for at least 5 Months. Iam Thankfull Photos send to me from it in action and service.

Life After painting the Thalys  (deutscher Text hier drunter)

Well, life goes on, have to get myself some good photos of it in traffic. Our Wholetrain will run at least 5 month in the system between Paris, Cologne (Köln), Brussels and Amsterdam. I am happy about any email with photos of it in traffic. Same goes for press articles and TV material, etc.

I think i am getting addicted to facebook comments and website hits these days. J niicce!!!

Anyway, so life goes on: Walls, Canvases, Outside, Inside, Exihibitions, Shows, travels, Projects, more Walls, more canvases, and Art Stunts like the Thalys gig every now and then, doing murals, receiving visitors, painting together, painting, painting.

For the upcoming week i will paint the Outside of the Rose Club. ( Nirwana, Bad Religion, and Mc Rene used to play there Back in the Days.)

So in case you are in town, I’m there. When i am finished with the Rose Club, there are already 2 more projects here in Cologne. One big one, a scuffolding for at least a week or two, and after this one a private house downtown.

Soooo, die Thalys Aktion gut verdaut?!? Macht euch bereit für eine Überraschung, das Leben geht weiter.

Unser Thalys Wholetrain wird wohl mindestens 5 Monate im Streckennetz zwischen Paris, Köln, Brüssel und Amsterdam auf der Schiene sein. Falls ihr ihn unterwegs mal vor die Linse bekommt, ich freue mich über jedes Bild. Das Selbe gilt für Zeitungsartikel, TV Mitschnitte, usw., immer her damit.

ach ja und so gehts weiter nach dem ganzen Hype:

Leinwände, Wände, drinnen, draussen, oben, unten, Austellungen, Projekte, noch mehr Stunts  á la Thalys, immer noch selber einkaufen gehen, noch mehr Wände, noch mehr Leinwände. That’s whats up.

Die kommende Woche bin ich wohl hauptsächlich an der Fassade am Rose Club aktiv. Über Besuch freu ich mich. Wenn ich mit dem Projekt am Rose Club fertig bin geht es im Kölner Westen aufs Gerüst für 1-2 Wochen……

almost before the start

almost 14.000 visitors here on my website on one day, and 8000 on my flickr account. nice.

The Worldpress was there. I will get a full press coverage beginning of 2010 of the whole project.

The people of Thalys and there partner agencys in germany, france, belgium and the netherlands where fun to work with. Thanks although to Boris Breuer for these great Photos here. Aswell as Big Thank you to SIlvia, Andre, Bjoern which came with me to Paris for support.

I combined the letters of my artist name “Seak” with the my birth and hometown “Köln” (cologne).

Using the offical colours of cologne (red and white and a bit of blackand orange) aswell a few local visuall traditions and heritage like the 11 blacks flames represent the 11 virgins which rescued cologne in very early medieval times from the huns, the three crowns, the top parts of the “Kölner Dom” (cathedral), etc, etc, etc…

The fact that ive painted the bar waggon makes perfectly sense with the party, carnival and highlife image cologne has in the world.

music, pen and paper, new ideas, the up up up coming project

I request from local house owners here in cologne to redesign there outside front.

Ich habe endlich mal wieder genug innere Ruhe was zu zeichnen, und nutze sie für das Konzept:

SEAK Jugendstil 2.0, eine private Hausfassade aus der Gründerzeit in der Kölner Innenstadt.

Das Projekt wird diesen Herbst realisiert.

Endlich ein neuer Zugang zu dem Thema.

Kurzer Schnack mit einer der Eigentümerinnen des Projekts die Tage am Telefon… Man muss nur die richtigen Fragen stellen. Und jetzt ganz entspanntes Zeichnen.

Its All about Speed! Highspeed! Hochgeschwindigkeit!!! Speeeeding!!

On Tuesday 15. September i will spraypaint with 3 although pretty infamous graffiti/streetart colleagues the although infamous Thalys train, the Queen of European Trains!!

Where: on a red carpet in 3hours and 15 Minutes in the middle of gard du Nord Station in Paris.

who: me/ SEAK (cologne/ germany), Jonone (paris), Sozy (bxl), and Zedz (Amsterdam/the netherlands)

what: 4 notorius European Graffiti and Urbanart Kings keeping it unreal, and blessing the Thalys Train with Fine Graffiti Art

Why: Cause we wanna go fast!! abit more then 3hours. thats the new time the Thalys needs from Paris to Köln (Cologne).

The Event is for Press and a few invited vips only.
