latest canvas:

looking back to the satelite series ive did for the biennale in Shenzhen ill tend to break down my letters more and more recently into plain satellites.
ill started this canvas 3 years ago, and it took me almost 2 month in my studio to finish this baby up.
love and hate are sometimes so close together. iam kinda over with those hardcore detailed big canvases unless ill add a zero at the end or triple the first number.
no one told me 16 years ago that urban art will be so much work.
in anycase thats a keeper deluxe, for sale only in good and the right hands.
still thinking about a good title. it kinda represents the infinitive possibilties, movement, creative chaos, the joy of repeating yourself,….

preview/vorschau: schlüsselwerk nach 3 jahren fertig

While everyone is focusing on prints and the secondary market, this rare huge Monster of canvas is now finally finished after 3 years.
My personal record in fighting with a painting in terms of size/action/details/time
Ill guess this one falls under the urban art categorie ” schluesselwerk”, or in other words, its a beautiful highly detailed accident.
Dont know ive it will end up in an auction, or ive i will stash it for someone special.
maybe its time think about some highclass prints.
iam still thinking about a name, “we`re having a party, my memories and me” vs ” the mother of all battles”. i open for suggestions…….

showroom in china

this paper series is my latest full edition of available original artwork, this time on paper.
still playing with the thought of realising it although one time on canvas, but i kinda like the contrast of raw and brutal fatcap spraycan strokes on a fragil and sensibel media like paper.

Somewhere in between post graffiti and street art, i would consider it urban art. those satellites are a further abstraction of my small “a”. yes that crazy turned arround dildoish looking microphone, is a Letter/logo. some of the paper original are in hongkong and shenzhen still available, some of them are still in London. After my show at the biennale in Shenzhen ive followed an invite by infamous london street artist pure evil, who teamed up with Robin Banksy`s ex Wingman “Eine” (himself a true london innercity vandal legend) to put down a major show of the contempoary Uk street/urban art who is who. thanks for flying me in charly.

seak_nike_airmax_limited.jpg

the first time i became hooked into the whole Sneaker thing was thru the CoCurator of a Show i had in Portland Oregon. Someone in the Nike Headquarter thought SEAK would might like some brand new dunk low supreme`s. (really really rare, and super comfortable!!)

i think it was a year later when weve met here in Cologne thru a friend and ex graffiti writer the head guys of nike europe in Hilversum. a few meetings later the plan was to get a signature shoe.
well the show project never really became realized. But Nike didnt wanted to let me go either, being kinda friends now. In good company now with eisfeld, sido, harris, several very good artist friends of mine, oliver korritke, and other german hipsters: Please welcome the sneaker flatrate/crazy secret vip mansion partys/ invites to berlin!!

The Spraycan/spraypaint Producer Belton Molotow is for the Graffiti/Urban/street art scene, what Apple Macintosh for the Computer and Graphicdesign World.
Needless to say that i was super happy when they honoured my achievements in/for the graffiti/urban art scene in dedicating me a colour in there Premium Product. The Story behind Seak´s “futuregreen” is that my first serious recognised Series of futuristic Style Pieces where based on the same green tone. Just back then where the colours back then super watery, and it was really difficult to paint properly.
in way its similar to Samuel Colt in the 1850ies. “god created the human, and Samuel COlut made them all equal. glady technique is not everything these days and style and originality are still first.
